A man was fatally stabbed outside the Puente Hills Mall in Industry late Thursday night, Aug. 31, with deputies finding a knife at the scene and arresting a suspect. Investigators had not released the suspect's name or a motive in the slaying, which happened shortly before 11:30 p.m. Responding deputies found the victim, described as in his 30s, lying on the sidewalk in the 1600 block of Azusa Avenue. The Sheriff's Department had not release details on where and when the suspect was arrested.
